Gemma is incredible! She helped us sell our original house and buy our new house. from day one, she was responsive and gave objective advice and kept our views realistic. On the selling side, she worked so hard to help us stage and prep our house for professional pictures (they were incredible and she had such a good eye for detail!) and to get people in the door for showings and open houses, ultimately getting us the best price, and in just about 2 months time, we were in contract. On the buying end, she mapped out quite a few days with multiple appointments and got us in to see as many houses as possible, listening to our needs and wants and ultimately found us our dream house. She kept us focused and on top of things-she was great at helping us navigate all different scenarios of offers both on selling and buying ends, explaining it all through the huge and overwhelming process.
